Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LipiFlow mobile application and related services ("the Service"), operated by Dev Pixels Studio LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States. By downloading, installing, or using LipiFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LipiFlow is an AI-powered keyboard for Android. Core typing features (keyboard input, suggestions, gesture typing, emoji, themes) run on your device and are free. AI-powered features — Grammar Fix, Tone rewriting, and Fix & Translate — process the text you explicitly submit through our cloud service and are subject to usage limits on the free tier.

2. Accounts

• An anonymous account is created automatically so usage limits work. Using AI features requires signing in with a Google account.
• You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all activity under your LipiFlow account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account inside the app.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• LipiFlow Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited AI usage. Plans and current prices are shown in the app and processed through Google Play Billing.
• Where offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in the Google Play Store (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions); your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policies. We do not store your payment details.
• Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing cycle and Google Play will notify you as required.

4. Free tier and fair use

The free tier includes a monthly allowance of AI processing. We may adjust the size of the free allowance, apply rate limits, or restrict accounts that abuse the Service (including automated, scripted, or fraudulent usage patterns) to keep it available for everyone.

5. AI-generated content

• AI features generate suggestions using automated language models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your context. Always review AI output before sending or relying on it.
• You are solely responsible for the messages and content you send, including AI-assisted content.
• AI output is provided for your personal use. To the extent we hold any rights in AI output, we assign them to you.
• AI features require an internet connection and depend on third-party AI providers; occasional unavailability, latency, or quality variation is possible.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app or backend, except where permitted by law
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service
• Use automated tools to submit AI requests at abnormal volume
• Use the Service to generate content that violates the rights of others

7. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use LipiFlow on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding your content) remain with Dev Pixels Studio LLC.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it — including exactly when text leaves your device and which providers process it. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (or AI features) if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or where required by law. On termination, your license ends; sections that by their nature survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEV PIXELS STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dev Pixels Studio LLC from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory consumer protections or venue rights, which remain unaffected.
